Problem Space
The platform needed to unify maintenance, document handling, expense visibility, and compliance reminders for vehicle and fleet workflows inside a production-ready SaaS product.
What Was Built
- Built a production-ready SaaS platform with a Next.js frontend, Laravel APIs, database architecture, cloud infrastructure, and business workflows.
- Delivered features for vehicle records, maintenance tracking, service history, expense management, document storage, and VIN decoding.
- Implemented automated reminders for TÜV inspections, insurance, tax, and registration renewals.
Engineering Approach
The product was executed as an end-to-end founding-engineer build: Next.js for the frontend, Laravel for APIs and business logic, AWS for the cloud base, and Terraform for repeatable infrastructure provisioning.
Operations and Delivery
- Implemented Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for AWS provisioning.
- Built GitHub Actions deployment workflows for scalable and maintainable production delivery.
- Aligned architecture, delivery, and operations so new product features could ship safely and quickly.
